GridCite screens large parcels for energy and infrastructure siting. What separates the plans is mostly one thing: how much you can take out of it. Screening is generous; export is capped, deliberately, and each plan says below exactly what it can and cannot export. What you get describes the product itself, and Coverage & data gaps says what is actually known in your county.

Both are arranged in a conversation rather than bought from this page. Where a price below carries a period, that period is settled and we will hold to it; where it does not, nothing has been agreed yet, and we are not going to print a billing period nobody has agreed with you.

How usage is counted
Each paid plan includes an amount of usage. We meter it internally and show it on your account. At 80% of what is included we tell you, with enough left to finish what you are doing.
There is no per-call billing and no overage charge. If you go past what is included, there is a small allowance and then a conversation about a larger plan or a usage pack — not a surprise line on your card. You should never receive a bill you did not expect.

Two things are being built. Neither is available yet and neither has a date, which is the honest state of both.
- API and MCP access — the same screening engine this interface calls, opened to your own software. It is not being handed out before it is authenticated and metered, so there is no key to request today. The API and MCP reference describes the surface in full, so you can judge it before it is on sale rather than after.
- An assistant that acts on a project rather than only answering questions about one — creating projects, screening against your criteria, saving candidates and writing the memo, with every action recorded.
