What each plan includes
- Trial — free
- Your account, your saved work and the free view all survive when it ends. Nothing is deleted. After 7 days: up to 25 ranked parcels with exact scores; no evidence, parcel numbers or exports.
Limited to one market cluster.
Cannot export. Screening, shortlisting and saved projects only. - Professional
- The full risk report on every site in every live county: the evidence behind each score and the interconnection figures, with circuit and substation names. Plus parcel numbers, change alerts that say what moved, CSV export, and sign-in on 2 devices. Exports up to 1,000 rows per request, 10,000 rows per 30 days. Exports carry an attribution line.
- Enterprise
- Exports up to 10,000 rows per request, no period cap. Exports carry no watermark.
How billing works
A plan is a flat subscription. Professional includes up to 10,000 exported rows every 30 days, 1,000 per download. There is no per-call billing and no overage charge. If you need more, we’ll offer a larger plan.
